CherryMan Holiday Bark


8-10 Servings

    • 1 (10 or 12 oz) jar of CherryMan Maraschino Cherries, chopped
    • 1 lb white chocolate, chopped
    • ½ tsp ground allspice
    • ½ c shelled pistachios, chopped
    • ½ tsp coarse sea salt


  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt chocolate over a double broiler (or in 30-second intervals in the microwave at 50% power, stirring between each interval) until smooth. Stir in the allspice.

  3. Using a rubber spatula, pour and evenly spread chocolate on prepared baking sheet. Evenly distribute chopped maraschinos and pistachios. Sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

  4. Break or cut the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
