CherryMan Crispy Treats

Ingredients

12 Servings (1 bar per serving)
  • 1 (10 or 12oz.) jar of CherryMan Maraschino Cherries, drained and chopped
  • 9 c crisp rice cereal - divided in 3
  • 9 c mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbs blue gelatin dry powder
  • 7½ tbs butter

Directions

  1. Melt 2.5 tbs. butter in a large pot over low to medium heat.

  2. Stir in 3 cups marshmallows. When completely melted, remove from heat.

  3. Add gelatin powder; mix.

  4. Fold in 3 cups of cereal.

  5. Press into 13”x9” greased, glass pan.

  6. Melt 2.5 tbs. butter in your pot over low to medium heat.

  7. Stir in 3 cups marshmallows. When completely melted, remove from heat.

  8. Fold in 3 cups of cereal.

  9. Press on top of blue layer in pan.

  10.  Add jar of Maraschino Cherries to blender, pulse.

  11.  Strain in colander and set aside.

  12.  Melt 2.5 tbs. butter in pot over low to medium heat.

  13.  Stir in 3 cups marshmallows. When completely melted, remove from heat.

  14.  Add Maraschino Cherries; mix.

  15.  Fold in 3 cups of cereal.

  16.  Press into top layer of pan.
