Makes 1 cup
- 16 CherryMan Maraschino Cherries plus ½ c jar liquid
- 2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
In a blender, process cherries and liquid until smooth.
Add to a small saucepan along with cocoa and whisk constantly over medium heat until it forms a smooth paste, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in the chocolate chips and vanilla until chocolate chips have melted. Let cool slightly.
