CherryMan Chocolate Sauce


Makes 1 cup

  • 16 CherryMan Maraschino Cherries plus ½ c jar liquid
  • 2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract


  1. In a blender, process cherries and liquid until smooth.

  2. Add to a small saucepan along with cocoa and whisk constantly over medium heat until it forms a smooth paste, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and whisk in the chocolate chips and vanilla until chocolate chips have melted. Let cool slightly.
