- Approximately two 10-12oz. jars of stemless CherryMan maraschino cherries
- Box of brownie mix
- ¾ - 1 c chocolate frosting
- 1 c milk chocolate for melting
Brownie mix ingredients (may vary)
- 2 eggs
- ½ c oil
- 3 tbs water
Bake brownies as directed on packaging - don't overcook! Let cool completely.
Scoop all of the brownies you just made into a bowl and crumble with hands. If any of the edges feel hard, leave them out. Mix in the chocolate frosting until it is about the consistency of a soft cookie dough.
Flatten a palm sized amount of dough in your hand and place the cherry in the center. Fold the dough around the cherry and roll into a ball carefully.
Place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
Remove brownie balls from freezer and melt the chocolate.
Place a brownie ball, one at a time, in the melted chocolate and use a fork to evenly coat and remove. Place on wax paper or a wire rack and wait for the chocolate to cool.
Decorate with white chocolate, or any type of candy melts.
