Trefoil Crusted Vanilla Pudding Cherry Pie


  • 1 box Girl Scout Trefoils
  • 1 c melted butter
  • 2 c prepared vanilla pudding
  • 1 c whipped cream
  • 1 tb juice from cherry jar
  • 1 jar CherryMan cherries


  1. To make the crust, mix the melted butter with 1 box of CRUSHED Trefoil cookies. Chill the crust until it has completely hardened (about one hour).

  2. Mix 2 c vanilla pudding with 1 c whipped cream and spread over crust. Chill.

  3. Add 1 c whipped cream mixed with cherry juice for top later. Add the cherries around the pie to ensure that each sliced piece gets several cherries. The alternative is to slice the cherries up and sprinkle them over the entire pie.

  4. Chill then serve.
