In a blender, process all ingredients (except cherries) until smooth. Pour into a popsicle mold, leaving about ¾" of room at the top.

Drop an even amount of cherries on top of each popsicle, and gently push cherries down with popsicle stick to evenly distribute throughout popsicle. Place popsicle sticks/lid securely on top, and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. Once frozen, run under warm water until popsicles easily slide out of mold.
