In an electric mixer, blend cream cheese, sour cream and maraschino cherries with juice on slow speed. Increase speed until ingredients are smooth.

Add whipped topping; mix until blended.

Scoop into prepared pie crust and top with a cherry per slice. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
